            PROPOSITION K.I.D.S.

Shall the Board of Education of the North Callaway County R-I School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Eight Million Two Hundred fifty Thousand Dollars ($8,250,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the construction, equipping, and furnishing of additional classrooms at the High School, Auxvasse Elementary, Hatton –McCredie Elementary and Williamsburg Elementary to reduce the number of portable classrooms; the construction, equipping and furnishing science labs/classrooms at the High School, Auxvasse Elementary and Williamsburg Elementary; to complete heating, ventilation and air conditioning upgrades and other remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District in accordance with the recommendations of the district Facilities Planning Committee; and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy of thirty nine and seventy-eight hundredths cents ($0.3978) per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to increase from fifty nine and twenty-two hundredths cents ($0.5922) to ninety nine cents ($0.99) per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
