Services of Callaway County Health Department

Clinic Services: We provide Blood Pressure Screenings, Blood Sugar Screenings, Immunizations, Pregnancy Testing(individuals without health insurance or Medicaid), and T.B.Testing.

Public Health Services: HIV Testing/Counseling, Lead Screenings, Communicable Disease Control, Health Education info, School Health consultation, Refferals for special needs, and Car Seat programs.

Family Health Services: WIC- A nutritional/supplemental food program for pregnant and breat feeding women, infants and children up to the age 5. Must meet income guidelines. By appointment at Fulton and Holt Summit clinics.

Printing of Birth and Death Certificates: Birth Certificates $15.00 per copy Cash only. Death Certificates $13.00 first copy and $10.00 each additional copy purchased at the same time, for individuals who died after 1982.

Provide Training for licensed and unlicensed child care providers to assist in meeting requirements.

Enviromental Services: Inspection on installation of on-site sewer systems, Permits issued for all on-site systems regardless of property size. Installation of on-site systems must be accomplished by a State of Missouri licensed installer. (list available upon request) Enforcement of sewage complaints for onsite systems.

Sewer Permits Fees: $150.00 Must be purchased before you can obtain a new address.

Inspection of Food Services, Water testing and supplies for testing Private Wells only $25.00

Inspection of State Licensed Daycare Facilities, and Inspection of Lodging Facilities for State of Missouri License.

Educational and/or in-service for any enviromental service listed.

General Information: Services are provided in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. All services are performed on a nondiscriminatory basis and we are an equal oppurtunity affirmative action employer. Many services are provided regardless of the ability to pay. Donations are always appreciated to help cover cost of providing services.
