Welcome to the Treasures office. By state law the County Treasurer has autherization to have custody of all monies not needed for daily operations of the county. The Treasurer is also resposible for maintaining records of pledged securities, balancing checking account records, receiving fees from other office holders and disbursing of funds such as payroll and finacial records, plus various other bookkeeping functions.
